Our tappers love dancing to popular, age-appropriate music and getting LOUD! With the special shoes striking the floor, this dance style is a form of percussion, coupled with both characteristic and interpretative body movements.

These classes levels are skill based to ensure each dance progresses smoothly and safely. Students work on elements of strength, flexibility, balancing, limbering and tumbling.

RSD T.H.O
This is a special class just for the boys! In addition to their normal dance classes during the week – where they can come together on a weekly basis to learn new dance styles in a safe and supportive environment. Special guest teachers help guide and support their mindset and develop their technique.
JUST BOYZ DANCE CLASS
A supportive and empowering environment for our teens (ages 12+). This ‘youth group’ style ‘class’ will be less ‘dance class’ and more workshop/structured hangout time, to enhance their sense of belonging to something special! Including activities around mindset, goal setting, body image, nutrition, teamwork, setting goals etc.
Also a safe space to express their creativity through choreography & sharing tiktok/insta reels/youtube videos for the RSD channel. What does the T.H.O stand for? You’ll have to come along to find out!
FitMindz 4 Kids
We are proud to be an international program provider of FitMindz 4 Kids – a program that advocates a positive culture towards wellbeing and holistic health.
It is a series of positive psychology and wellbeing activities designed by a teacher and psychologist that aims to create happy, resilient and successful humans for the future! (Exactly what RSD is all about! The topics include Positivity and Kindness, Goal Setting, Learning from Mistakes, Breathing and Relaxation, Doing Your best and Gratitude!
Activities are incorporated into classes – there is no extra commitment or application for this program at RSD – it’s already included into the awesomeness!
