DANCE LESSONS IN AUCKLAND

babyballet® gives every child from 6 months to 6 years the chance to dance and have fun! In our babyballet classes we make learning to dance an unforgettable and magical experience – for you and your little star.  

Our programme and syllabus has been carefully designed by leading preschool dance and ballet experts and provide the opportunity for toddlers, preschoolers and young children to learn to dance and develop key life skills in a healthy, sociable, caring and safe environment. babyballet® is so much more than just a dance class!

CLASS INFORMATION

Babyballet Tots 6 months - 18 months

The Tots class is a magical musical experience for parents/carers and babies and young toddlers, to enjoy together. Using a combination of movement, music and props/toys, the Tots class is a great way to enhance your baby’s physical, communication and social/emotional development. The class provides a stimulating yet gentle introduction to song and dance, improving body awareness and self-control.

Babyballet Tinies 18 months - 2 years

The Tinies class introduces little ones to the basics of ballet using movement,  play and song with the assistance of a parent or caregiver.

Babyballet Movers 3 & 4 years

*all dancers registered for this class will also receive a 15min tappers class*

The babyballet Movers classes encourage preschool children to combine their imaginations with dance using movement and song, building in confidence and taking part in the class with the assistance of a parent.

Babyballet Groovers 5 & 6 years

*all dancers registering for this class will also receive an activity/sticker book and a 15min Tappers class!*

The final stage of babyballet is our Groovers class. These Auckland dance lessons focus on improving coordination, self control and social skills in a supportive and non-judgemental environment.
